I am raising funds for IDAHOBIT Day and to raise awareness of the discrimination LGBTQIA+ people still face today.

Just over 30 years ago, homosexuality was officially removed from the Classification of Diseases - but sadly, LGBTQIA+ communities still face discrimination every day. In 2025, fewer individuals feel comfortable being open about their identities at work compared to just three years prior.

Shockingly, two out of three LGBTQIA+ youth face abuse just for being who they are. But we can make a difference - if we unite.

I am inspired by the work Minus18 does. The difference they have made to so many people is just extraordinary and I know there are so many others that would benefit from their work. But they need more funding to make that happen.
