Hello my name is Dr Siyat Abdi and on Saturday 28 June I am taking part in the Big Walk for Refugees and would like you to join me.  I am a Systemic Advocate for KIN Disability Advocacy and have been involved with supporting culturally and linguistically diverse people with disabilities from refugee and migrants backgrounds for over 25 years. I am also raising funds for Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees and Detainees (CARAD) because I am inspired by their work. The difference they have made to so many people is just extraordinary and I know there are so many others that would benefit from their work. But they need more funding to make that happen.
