I am raising funds for Eastern Palliative Care Limited because I am inspired by their work. 

Mark was able to stay at home until his very last day due to the care and support they gave to him and me as his carer in the last weeks of his life. This was one of his greatest wishes after his cancer diagnosis and they made it happen with care and dignity.
