This November, I’ll be taking on my 7th Hawkesbury Canoe Classic – a gruelling 111km overnight paddle that takes us around 13-14 hours of non-stop kayaking through the night. I am paddling with Jonny Katz this year, and it is Jonny's 1st Hawkesbury Classic.

It’s a personal challenge, but more importantly, it’s an opportunity to raise vital funds for a cause that truly matters.

Each year, this iconic event supports the Arrow Bone Marrow Foundation https://arrow.org.au/, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of patients undergoing bone marrow and stem cell transplants.

Their work in funding research, providing patient support, and advancing treatment options makes a real difference to countless lives.
