In April 2026, 85 women (including me) will ride over 800km on Postie Bikes across 4 days through regional NSW, travelling from Orange to Bathurst, Mudgee, Wellington and finishing in Dubbo.
Most of it is on dirt and gravel roads, on bikes that were originally built to deliver mail. What could possibly go wrong?
This will be the 4th annual Never Late Fe-Mail Postie Bike Ride, which has already raised over $950,000 for Wings4Kidz in the last three years. Our goal this year is to raise another $400,000 to help keep their planes in the air.
Wings4Kidz provides free flights for seriously ill children from regional areas so they can access specialist treatment in major hospitals, helping families stay together and removing the huge burden of long-distance travel.
I rode in the event last year and had an absolute blast. There were long days, dusty roads, questionable decisions, a few hangovers, but also incredible people, lifelong friendships and some pretty powerful stories from the families this charity helps.
So here I am again, round two on the postie bike, riding for an incredible cause.
If you can donate, sponsor or share, you’ll be helping Wings4Kidz continue supporting regional families when they need it most.
And if nothing else, your donation will help keep 85 slightly chaotic women and their postie bikes moving across 800km of backroads. 🏍️💛 ✈️
