Saltbush, Balnarring Beach exists to enrich the lives of people experiencing hardship by providing a peaceful environment for rest, play, growth and connection.
Our guests include families caring for children with special needs, kinship carer families, people with disabilities or mental ill health, asylum seeker families and community support groups.
Located walking distance to Balnarring Beach, Saltbush has six houses, a multipurpose space, playground, and access to walking tracks, a labyrinth and bushland with lots of native flora and fauna.
Donations are vitally important to us and are used to support families who would otherwise not be able to have a holiday, and to provide school holiday program activities for families over the holidays. Guests are usually referred by community service organisations. Larger donations are also welcome for capital improvements such as upgrading bathrooms in our houses.
