Run or Walk the City to Surf to support the students, teachers and staff of Ipalo Christian School in Chingola, Zambia.

Zambia's Child was established (originally as Blessed to Bless) in 2007, to help alleviate poverty and bring hope to underprivileged children and their families in Zambia.  As a result of this, Ipalo Christian School was found in 2013 by an Australian woman, Kim Mukuka (OAM), who witnessed the need whilst living in the area with her Zambian husband.

Through Ipalo Christian School almost 400 students are now receiving a quality, Christian education, with almost 50 local staff employed in teaching and support roles.

In 2024, thanks to the generosity of sponsors and supporters, and the dedicated hardwork of the local staff in Zambia over many years, the first Grade 12 group graduated from ICS, some of whom have gone onto university, whilst others are enrolled in trade schools or have found employment.
